I was having a problem with the buttons on my hearing aids changing between programs. Matt immediately knew what was happening and was able to quickly adjust the necessary settings in his computer to fix me right up. I had some questions which he was very helpful in answering, along with educating me on some additional characteristics of my aids. This office is very accommodating anytime an issue arises.
