Excellent explanation and all the staff was amazing!
I have no problem with the personnel working for the company but I have a real problem with the company. The hearing aids are overpriced and have only a 30day window to see if they are compatible or not. Mine weren’t so I got a cheaper set. I waited over 30 days to get my refund and yet Beltone expects their money upon receiving the hearing aids. If a client is held to that standard so should the company. If I knew then what I know now, I would have never done business with Belltone Hearing and will never do so again.

Knowledgeable, courteous, with no pressure to buy hearing aids. Cleaning and recalibration of aids were sufficient. Hearing test simple and effective.
I had a good experience at beltone , they checked my ears, gave me a hearing test and explained my options for hearing aids, very friendly and professional.
