They set up an appointment for me I went in and gave them all my insurance cards and then I went in and they did a full complete hearing test on me and then they tried to argue with me afterwards that my insurance only pays for hearing aids once every 5 years when my insurance directly said it's once every year. Then when my insurance company calls them they tell my insurance company that they don't even accept my insurance in the first place.
Every time I come in for a check up for 2 years a different person was working there then moved locations with no notice the last time I came in I was on time after waiting in 30 minutes left without seeing anyone now today I’ve waited 15 minutes and still waiting
