Very deceptive marketing. Made their postal spam look like important tax info. With the same tear sides and everything.
The personal service we receive is what makes Beltone work for us. Even if the hearing aid is out of warranty and needs repairs, the prices are reasonable. Maintenance visits every 3 months are free as well as wax filters and domes. We definitely recommend Beltone to anyone looking for better hearing.
I received my hearing test at Belltone and was quoted a price for hearing aids. Then few months later a church member gave am his hearing aids he had just bought new ones. I called Belltone told them my story and asked if they tune these hearing aids. She said yes sure we can do that, let me make you an appointment. I went to my appointment. The audiologist looked at them and said no can't do it. I asked why he they aren't Belltone. I was very angry about being lied to. I will never go to Belltone again.
A great place! Very professional! Erica is the best. Highly recommend. Updated. Followup meeting with Erica went well. Again very professional! She and her expertise are certainly assets to the company. (I forgot to ask about my complimentary Amazon gift card but that's on me). Still highly recommend.
Nothing has happened. She took pics of my ears which where full of wax. She said someone would contact me to have my ears cleaned out. That was 4 days ago, haven't heard from any one yet.(update) after this post I finally got an appointment to be continued. The girl in the office was very nice and informative, so far so good, would give 3 Stars, pending the outcome
