Was told to set aside about 1 hour to get a hearing test and to check out aids. Did not and was not offered a test. He shut them off and changed the filters then he put them on the computer reset volume. While he was trying to get me to change my insurance company. On the reset I lost 2 settings in the phone app. I was upset about the insurance talk . Did not accomplish much and still did not change my insurance. Just wish i could get these to work right.
