worst possible product on the market. would not reccomend to ANYONE. a $5000 product with a limited waranty is pathetic. save your money and look else where for something that actually works
Matt was very easy to talk to. Listened to my concerns about my hearing, checked my ears for any obstruction and then ran what I thought was a thorough test. The outcome wasn’t what I was expecting, Matt assured me the new aids would be very beneficial and proofed the point by having me wear a pair.Offered promotion, and financial help if needed.
Great experience with Dr. Matt and receptionist Amber. Matt was again very thorough and explained my hearing situation in plain talk that was understood. Explained the AI device and how it would help my hearing.
Matt was very nice, easy to talk with, explaining everything and answering any questions, no high pressure, most comprehensive hearing test I have ever received. The receptionist AmberLee is very nice and helpful. Definitely a positive experience
My experience with Beltone has been very pleasant, with friendly people who want the best for their customers! They are a bit pricey, but I have not been disappointed in their service and care for me!
