Today I was ready to go to the Quincy, IL location and turn my aid’s in because of the problem of thaving lack of hearing through my ears. I was very frustrated to the point of tears. Anyway as usual Amber Lee always is very helpful and friendly. The audiologist demonstrated how to clean the aids out. Immediately the were fixed. I could hear clearly again. At that site they are very accommodating and helpful. They represent your company well. 5/5 for everything about.
I was very pleased with the kind service I received. They were pretty much on time and very helpful.
