My husband was the patient today and was very happy with the appointment. He is anxious to get his hearing aids.
I felt like I was being integrated. The guy working was like hmm interesting I would like to see your medical records to confirm that information. And when I got there he was seeing another patient I waiting quietly and he says you can come on back but I need a break and left me in his office alone for like ten minutes! Super unprofessional and concerning because I’m sure many people have the private info in there never leave someone in your office and especially for that long!
Very professional, very friendly and knowledgable. They treat you like family. They explained things so that i understood my hearing loss and my different options for hearing aides, prices and the best choice to accomodate my level of loss. I was comfortable and was at ease thru the whole first visit. I hope to keep them as my audiologists for a long time! I highly recommend!
