My first experience has been a breeze so far. The doctor was very informative. He took the time to explain the process and purpose of each hearing test. Then he explained the results thoroughly and even drew a diagram to help my understanding. I was able to get my hearing tested and hearing aides ordered within an hour. He was also very knowledgeable about each type of insurance of what they covered.
People here are awesome!!
