Upon arrival I met Julie the front desk, receptionist and pretty much do everything type secretary awesome lady very sweet very informative. I Greatly appreciated her. Second, I went back for the hearing test. I cannot recall a time that I’ve been through a hearing test so involved and so detailed. The purchase options were laid out, explained thoroughly, and I made my choice and we closed the deal. I should have my hearing aids within a week custom made for my hearing disabilities.
