Wonderful service! Follow up appointments are appreciated. Staff is pleasant and caring. I recommended Beltone to a dear friend of mine, and she feels the same way as I do. We are fans of Beltone.
Excellent service from Matt McCaskey, HIS, and his staff. Matt immediately recognized the hearing aid problem and corrected. They were also very kind to my over 100 year-old mother and myself. I would happily and highly recommend them.
My dad is 97 years old and they greeted us at the door and helped us get in and when it came time to leave, they helped us get out with his wheelchair and all. Matt at this location is absolutely amazing and we feel like we’ve gotten to know him and he’s gotten to know us. He cleaned my dad‘s hearing aid in just a matter of moments and the issue My dad was having was resolved right away.
My experience is very courteous and professional staff and their service is not less than outstanding.
I’ve been going to Beltone Tone for three years. Matt does a great job listening and answering all my questions.
