The experience was definitely 5 star! Matt, from the Manchester office in St. Louis. MO, was very informative and a pleasure to talk with. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the crossover hearing aids will help me to hear with both ears again! 7-30-26 I am happy to say that my hearing aides are working for me. It is amazing how they have worked for me. I highly recommend Beltone and feel very comfortable with Matt. He truly cares and wants to help you! Definitely a 5 star experience*****

I’ ve had my hearing aids for over 3 years, and I love them. Matt McCaskey is the hearing instrument specialist at the Lafayette Center, and he is personable and knowledgeable. Some say Beltone is more expensive than most places, but I say it’s well worth every penny. I highly recommend them!!
