The representative launched into a long sales pitch and, when he noted that I was becoming annoyed, asked why. I replied that I came to get my hearing tested, to which he responded that I needed to work with him. I really enjoyed meeting with Brian. He was very helpful and gave me a lot of new information that I did not know about. Did a wonderful job of resetting my hearing aids. I'm very pleased with the visit. And definitely will share this information with others.
