She cleaned my hearing aides. It was like they were brand new. Please understand. This is one of the very few hearing aides companies who services the hearing aides after you purchase them. I have worn these aides well over two years. They have been there with me the entire time. I am 78 years old. It was hard for her to teach me about the remote but she did.
