I bought hearing aids here,had nothing but problems with the hearing aids, even had first pair of hearing aids replaced with new hearing aids, they are malfunctioning in 1 month,I am out 5000 dollars, I may have to go to court to get my money back

My mother was visiting from out of town and was having an issue with her Beltone hearing aids. Luckily, I contacted Dr. Chad Bauer at Beltone in Morton Grove. I found him to be extremely responsive, caring, compassionate and most importantly knowledgeable. If you are looking for an expert who can help you navigate to better hearing, Dr Bauer is the best of the best.

I have worn Beltone hearing aids for 6 years and seen three different Beltone Offices. Until we discovered Randy McCall's Beltone Office in Sun City, AZ, we struggled with hearing aids and the personnel. No More! On my first visit, Randy diagnosed my problem and immediately took corrective actions. I worked in the Nashua, NH location for 3 years with Bob and it was NOT a easy task. He made it uncomfortable for me, and ALWAYS had some NEGATIVE things to say about patients and staff. He would say how the staff in the Warwick, R.I. office did NOT know how to do their job, but were with Beltone 20+ years. He should NOT be allowed to work in Healthcare and I would love to see his license pulled. I complained to managers and nothing was ever done about it.
