Everyone at the Beltone center was extremely kind & professional. Linda was super sweet & very efficient in making appointments for my Mother & myself & in gathering needed insurance & demographic information. The audiologist, Blake Pennington, was extremely professional, kind & patient with both my Mother & myself. He explained the procedure to both of us, performed a brief ear assessment, & then performed the actual hearing test, as explained. He made us feel very comfortable during the whole procedure.
