I was given friendly excellent service during my hearing evaluation Yes
Joe and Kevin are both great guys. Kevin gets me in for appointments when I need my 3 month hearing aid check or if I have an emergency with one of my aids. Joe is very polite and knowledgeable, knowing exactly what my aids need when I have a problem. His hard work keeps me hearing my friends and family.
My Aunt was having hearing aid issues. Harisbiurg is not our home town Beltone service center that we normally use. My husband called Kevin today and telling him our issue. Kevin said, they had a cancellation and could see her. Kevin was right that there at the door greeting us and helping get my Aunt’s who is in a wheel chair in the door. We got right in to see Joe. Joe listen to our issues, he updated, preprogrammed her hearing aids, changed to a different type of tip. My Aunt left saying I haven heard this well for years.... read more

I was very satisfied with Joe at beltone. He always gets everything straightened out.
