My mother is 100 years old. I was contacted by Beltone with an offer for ear cleaning and hearing aid adjustment at no charge. We arrived as scheduled and found the Waldorf office closed. This is the only office that my Mom has ever visited, which she has done for many years. We discovered that the appointment had been scheduled for the Bethesda office. UPDATE: Parking location and walking with an elderly father remains difficult at this Old Georgetown Road location. It seems like construction will never end, but I do hope the access and parking situation for this building gets better after construction is completed. Otherwise, the service given at this Beltone location is amazing! I really appreciate the time and dedication given to us, to fix my father's hearing aides.
