I’m from out of town and my hearing aids were not working properly. Even though my. hearing aids are not Beltone the lady did her best to help get them working better. I appreciate the effort.
I took advantage of a free hearing screening. I was very impressed with the process and the way Rochelle explained everything. Unfortunately, the cost of the recommended hearing aids is beyond what I can afford.
My dad came in for a test and the professional was very knowledgeable and thorough in every aspect. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars.
Detailed testing, each part was explained so I knew what was going to happen.
