Disappointing. Staffing at this Beltone location has always been spotty. Yesterday, I had an appointment. I checked to verify the appointment at about 1:00, and Beltone confirmed my 3:30 p.m. appointment. When I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment, the office was locked and there was no one there. I called Beltone again, and was informed that the Hyannis office is only open on Wednesdays and they couldn't understand why my appointment was for Thursday.
