We felt we were in the right place from the moment we stepped into the office. My mother, who is 99 years old, came in being able to hear very little with her new hearing aids. Jim Reynolds (I believe was his name) was able to adjust the aids to better suit her needs. He also educated us on how hearing loss progresses and how we can make adjustments in her environment to allow her to enjoy her family better. Thank you for taking the additional time we needed.
