I went to the hearing aid center for routine care of my hearing aids. Ric took my hearing aids, cleaned and replaced worn parts. It was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I'm very happy that I chose Beltone for my hearing aids and even happier that Ric was the representative that took care of me. He's a great asset to your company.
Your salesman in Carthage , Mo. Is pushy. He hands u your coat and walks with u down the hall and holds the door to make sure to leave. I'm still trying to ask questions I want to know about my aids. Pushy! Don't appreciate his attitude.
