I had a problem with my hearing aids and Sam got me right in. When I came in and sat down, he instantly came out and said he’d be a few minutes and that’s what it was. He fixed the problem and gave me some hints about maintaining them so it doesn’t happen again. He is the most accommodating and professional person I have ever dealt with! He always explains whatever he’s doing in terminology I understand. He is very respectful and always has a smile on his face. Thanks Sam!
