I liked the casual office space and combined with a professional made the experience friendly, but business like. Sam was very knowledgeable without being overbearing. I am a current hearing aid wearer so I am anxious to see what is different about Beltone products. It. is important avoid high pressure sales people. Set my dad up for a hearing appointment. Spoke with Sam on the phone before the appointment to ask a few questions and immediately could tell he has been doing this for a while and was very professional. My father got back from the appointment and only had good things to say. Sam set him up with the correct hearing prescription and took the time to go over everything. Would highly recommend.
