Sam does a wonderful job of explaining and taking care of all my needs with patience and kindness. It is easy to reach him in Dubuque but would like it if he could have remained in Maq.

I liked the casual office space and combined with a professional made the experience friendly, but business like. Sam was very knowledgeable without being overbearing. I am a current hearing aid wearer so I am anxious to see what is different about Beltone products. It. is important avoid high pressure sales people. Awesome to deal with. Advised me 3 years in a row that hearing aids would not help at this time. Said I would waste my money. Other places I went just want to sell me hearing aids. Very honest man. Highly recommend
