Very pleased with the hearing aids and the service.
My mom had a wonderful experience with Belltone. The staff went the extra mile. They were thorough with both appointments and explained everything to make it self explanatory. I would recommend their product and the services. Very satisfied customer.
Getting hearing aids has changed my life. Only my family was able to convince me I needed them. Gray hair, yes, but hearing? I was in denial! The doctors have been such a great help listening as I struggle with my hearing loss, and adjusting them as necessary. They have honestly made this “getting old” change easier for me. I do recommend Beltone to people and will continue to do so.
I have been using my Beltone hearing aids for about a year now but my right side unit quit charging. I took it in to the Olathe office and was told it would be back in 7-10 days; well it took about 3 weeks! Now today (9-26) the left side unit is not charging. Guess I will be without for another 3 weeks! Lousy service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
