I needed a new ear wire for my right hearing aid (which are 4 years old). Knowing it was past time for an evaluation of my hearing levels I scheduled an appointment for an evaluation. Having worn hearing aids for approximately 15 years I expected same old run of the mill exam. Selby made the exam easy. She brought me up to date on why I should be having an exam once a year. Shelby was easy to talk to, she explained everything she was going to do. The exam was pretty easy. And the whole office visit went real nice. I would recommend her for the hearing test to everybody that needs to have one.
They are always so pleasant at the Beltone in Monck Corner, you never feel rushed, they take time to explain everything to you. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and efficient. Answered all my questioned and weren’t impatient to rush me through. To the staff at front desk to the new audiologist, she is great to deal with and answer all your questions! I would highly recommend this Moncks Corner office
