Could not have been friendlier, or more professional. Extremely thorough testing of my hearing, or what's left of it. Chris Baker, the hearing specialist, patiently explained the test results to me. We tried some hearing aids on, and he adjusted them on his computer screen until we reached "20/20" hearing. ( You know what I mean.)He then showed me the options, combined with my Humana discounts.
