Steve and Lorri know their clients so it feels both professional and personal. Steve answers my questions in a way I understand. One of the things I like best is I can go in every 3 months for a tune-up including getting my hearing aids cleaned and replacement of parts if needed. And for Deaf folks, Steve is fluent in ASL! An unexpected bonus!
