I have driven my step-dad to this location several times for routine adjustment of his hearing aids. He has always received excellent service. Today I came alone without an appointment. Jim remembered me and my step-dad. He was kind enough to work his magic even though I didn't have an appointment. Customer service is second to none.
Very helpful great job spent a lot of time on my problem.
Jim the Beltone technologist has always been available to help my wife to adjust to her aides. Very comfortable settings.
