Dr Justin Lipp was very knowledgeable about the process and products available. Very accommodating to my personal concerns and needs. He answered every question I had and made the whole experience very easy.
We had a pleasant visit. The doctor was thorough.
Had to send hearing aids back to correct problem with right unit going offline. Will give a higher rating when problem is corrected
