I had a great experience at Beltone. My hearing aid provider Moses was very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased the Beltone Serene hearing aid. The sound is very sharp and easily controlled on the hearing aid itself and phone app. Moses helped to set up the app and Bluetooth pairing on my phone. Moses made a follow-up call to verify I was happy with my new hearing aids and comfortable using the phone app. I would recommend the Beltone brand, and Moses, to anyone desiring to hear better.

Great customer service. Nathan didn't want me to leave until I was 100% satisfied. He then said to call and come back if there was anything that wasn't just right with my hearing aids. Very satisfied customer.
