I had great experience with Jeremy Wilkins
Excellent exam by the provider. Over long wait time in the waiting room. Our appt was for 2:15. Did not get seen till about 2:50.
Bad experience! The person doing my exam was nice and polite after finishing the test he took me to another room to speak to another guy who was the specialist on hearing device and after a couple minutes of explaining my test results I try to tell him when I have a hard time hearing and he interrupted me so abruptly to say I wasn't ready to Wear a hearing aid and hand me the exam results and told me to take them to the receptionist, I felt so bad , Like did he thought I can't afford the hearing aid? Beltone in Emporia KS....Jeromy is awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Learned many new things about my hearing aids. So glad I found him and he's worth the 1 hour drive!
