Service was great. Hope waited on me soon as I walked and took care of my hearing aids very quickly. Thanks for the great service. It’s hard to find these days.
Very timely and pleasant Rachel is a great representative for Beltone
I went to Beltone when my regular hearing service center out of the area was unavailable and my left hearing aid (not Beltone) was causing me much pain. My custom tip was not seated properly and was painful to my ear canal. I was most appreciative that they would see me and adjust how the tip faced. After a few minutes. I left with a properly fitting hearing aid for which I am very grateful.
Very helpful in selecting the type of hearing aid in conjunction with my insurance.
