Staff is always friendly and courteous. They show genuine care when checking appliances and making adjustments.
I saw Josh yesterday for a one month follow up, cleaning of my hearing aides. He talked with me in length about how I can adjust the background noise, etc., to make the hearing aids more comfortable for me using button on hearing aides. Josh is very thorough and very professional.
