I was visiting the Outer Banks and began having issues with my hearing aid. I stopped in the Beltone office in Nagshead and was very pleased with how kind and professional they were to me. Thank you for fixing my heating aids so I didn’t have to go the rest of the week without them.
Great hearing exam and cleaning by Kadie Kravchak, this time with lots of word sounds to test my hearing from last time. Really went into sounds in depth & detail, to include a couple mid-course correction (?).most thorough I have had there and I’m really happy. Her efforts really improve my experience overtime. .
Peggy has been going to them for several years and they are always very nice , very helpful and always have time when something comes up !
As always Elizabeth takes good care of our needs for maintenance and Katie is very thorough
I was very impressed with Kadie's knowledge and patience in explaining things to someone new to hearing aids like me.
