Bobbi provides great maintenance for my Beltone hearing aids. She just tweaked the frequencies/volume after a hearing test and my hearing aids work better than ever!
Bobbi is always kind and helpful and has considerable expertise in the field. She really knows how to make a cranky old gentleman feel safe and happy.
Every 3 months I go to my follow up appointment with Bobbi to have her clean my hearing aids, we chat a bit and move along. She is knowledgeable, very efficient and such a pleasure to work with!!!
Bobbi was amazing in the Newcastle office. Very friendly and personable. And she knows her stuff!!
