My mom is 89 years old and has had hearing aides for 6 years from a different company. She had nothing but problems with them from the beginning. We reached out to the Romeo Beltone location and she got in quickly and within a week had her new hearing aide . Roy went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable and take care of her hearing needs. Immediately he told her that he would help her and he treated her with respect and kindness. I highly recommend Beltone in Romeo!

My husband has been considering hearing aids for quite sometime. He received a card in the mail for Beltone and when he saw there was a location right by our home in Romeo he called and was able to get an appointment very soon after he called. We decided we were not going to make any decisions the day of his appointment but go home and think about it. Then we met Roy . Brought my 92 year old mom to Roy for a hearing aide repair. The business has good parking and easy access. Roy is beyond kind and obviously enjoys his profession. Very patient and super personable. Repairs were made and then some. Highly recommend. Thank you for your help.

Roy is truly concerned about my hearing needs. He's like talking to a family member. As long as you like your family! I bought my hearing aids from the Shelby location and now Roy has a store in Romeo which is much more convenient. You can contact Roy via email to get quick answers to issues. I talked to another company about hearing aids but I didn't get the same level of service that an investment of this nature warranted. Beltone is my choice and should be yours.
