He was very profesional and got my hearing aids going great!!
Fixed and replaced what was broken with in ten minutes Thanks glad to be able to hear again
I was very skeptical about the hearing test as I felt like they were probably just really pushing their hearing aids. However, the person assisting me was very honest. My hearing loss was not significant enough to warrant hear aids and actually stated at my point they probably wouldn't really help. My score was also not close to qualifying for my insurance assistance and he stated if I did anything at this point a good over the counter hearing would probably suffice. He was very honest!
