I go to the Chanute store in Kansas. Brad runs this store and is very nice and seems to really know what he's doing. They are very comprehensive in their assessment of my hearing loss and are doing their best to adjust my hearing aids so that I can hear the best I can. It's always a pleasant experience going to the office.
Very friendly and appointments are always on time.
