Fast and outstanding service
My visit was the first one with a hearing specialist and I had an excellent experience at the Coffeyville location. Brad explained everything clearly and he kept the appointment flowing without wasted time. I was especially impressed that at no time did he try to sell anything. Never. I was expecting to need hearing aids and will be getting my first pair in a couple of weeks. A good convincing point is the generous after-purchase service with no additional charges. I was pleasantly surprised with the hearing test experience. The hearing specialist who performed the tests was very knowledgeable and explained the anatomy of the inner ear and how the test process worked that was understandable. I would recommend Beltone to anyone needing hearing aids.
