Dana was very kind. The first step was to check my ears for wax. Unfortunately one ear had a large % of wax build up so we are unable to proceed until that is taken care of. Once I get it removed with my primary clinic, I will reschedule the hearing test.
I got Beltone hearing aid from a recommendation by my brother two years ago and have never regretted it. I just got back from a 6-month cleaning, which is free for life. Dana Fagerlie of Beltone is great. He is easy to work with and the cleanings take less than 5 minutes!
