The service was perfect, the information was very clear and the doctor was absolutely very helpful. Had a great experience
Very unhappy with the hearing aides. They whistle and make everyday sounds ,such as washing dishes unbearable. The wires stick out from my ears because they are too long. When brought to attention of salesperson, the HA were sent for repair and took 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to have them returned. Do yourself a favor, go to Coastal ENT and be seen by a professional with a doctorate in audiology. 9/10/25 Additionally, the hearing aides made a buzzing noise. Joe's response?
