It is easy to get an appointment. Everyone is friendly, very professional and caring with the clients..
Very friendly and informative staff. My MIL is 92 and she was well cared for and even though she can’t hear very well, she had all her questions answered and is happy and hopeful about being able to hear again once her hearing aids come in. Such nice and helpful people at this office.
Can't give any stars I asked Joseph Rinder to call me prior to Visiting my 86 year old sister at her Assisted Living community- he didn't. He just showed up and my sister said he tested her ears and he will get her hearing aid in 2 weeks. I called his office to speak to him and the young lady answering the phone said he wasn't in. But told me they need a prescripton for the hearing aids. Again I left a message for Rinder to call me. My sister said he didn't check her ears for wax.
