Great people, great service,very friendly.
This is my frist time seeing Dr Max Simpson. He told me that my insurance will only paid $1000. He told me he would setup a payment pain where I need like $400.00 dollars down and my payments would be around $200.00 or $149.00 for 5years I told him I can't do that then he say going ask your family members try get $400.00 then he say go and get a loan. Max was very good about explaining each step of the hearing test. He made sure I understood what he was talking about and answered all of my questions.
Great service. Took my mom’s hearing aide in when it wasn’t working and they had it working within minutes. HA tech and receptionist were very polite and helpful.
