Matt was very detailed and was great at making things understandable
Admitting to having a hearing problem is the hardest thing for a person to do, but Matt at Beltone made it as normal a condition as is possible. He explained what was happening and how my hearing loss was not the end of my hearing life around me. Visual representations and easy hearing tests revealed that I do have choices. He was thorough in evaluations and showing me my results.
