Von is very good to work with. Had one hearing aid that wasn’t working quite right and Von got it fixed right away.
I was very pleasantly surprised how Von took care of my hearing problem, and was a great advocate dealing with my insurance company. You could say his mama raised him right. Plus he's a guy you could go drink beer with, very down to earth and all around nice guy.
Von is very good to work with. Still trying to find tune my hearing aids.
I really like the service that I received, but I am disappointed in my ability to hear in areas with background noise.
Met with VON. Very pleasant man. Very knowledgeable of hearing aids. Made my experience very comfortable.
