Purpose of my visit was to inform Beltone that I was having issues with my left hearing aid….i was hearing hi-pitched sounds intermittently during the course of a day. I requested to have both my hearing aids sent to the factory for inspection. I was.loaned an excellent pair of hearings for my use while my originals were being worked on. After 2 weeks I returned to Beaufort Beltone to pick up the repaired hearing aides. I was pleased to find that the hearing aids were restored much to my satisfaction.
I can’t say enough about my experience with BELTONE and Michael and Jennifer who are very patient and kind and always friendly and helpful to solve any problem I am having with my hearing aids. Michael is very good at explaining the results of the hearing tests and making the necessary adjustments for me.
I was treated with respect. The receptionist was very courteous. Dr Thomas took time to explain everything to me and allowed me to ask questions for clarity. If asked, I would recommend this to others.
