Jen is very informative!! Explains all the ins and outs about my hearing aids !! Nicole does a great job with suggestions and cleaning my hearing aids. I got more information in 2 visits than in all the years I have had hearing aids!! I highly recommend them !!
The initial consultation was great, Jennifer is very thorough in her testing and explanation of the process, as well as explaining the differences in the products and benefits of each. I can't wait to start hearing everything I've been missing and not having to ask people to repeat themselves so much.
