They close at 5 o’clock and I got there about 20 till five. The gracious woman at the counter helped me to program some very out dated Hearing aids. The Doctor Who actually had the day off, came in to pick up his wife, and she asked if he would help me with my hearing aids. And hour of working on programming them he decided that the technology was too advanced for such old hearing aids, but I was so impressed with his tenacity to find a way to program the hearing aids. Randy is always so helpful he sent my moms hear aids off to get checked and they replaced everything, they're new hearing aids at this point. He fitted her ear piece and the kick stand. Never have we had a bad experience at Beltone.
Both Randy and Lek are very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable and professional. They always provide excellent service and even give me free accessories from time to time, which I have had to pay for at another Beltone dealer.
I have worked with these people for a few years now. They are extraordinarily caring, cooperative and considerate. They take the time to find out the clients needs. They work with a person until all needs are met. I will continue with this company as long as I can. The negative review on this company is totally at odds with my experiences. 3 years ago I commented that this company is terrific.
