They were very accommodating with scheduling so i could come after work. They were very low pressure and very informative.
The representative knew what was wrong and fixed the problem right away! He was awesome and he recommended a maintenance program that we think will work for us!!
Dana was very good to work with. Answered all my questions and very thorough in explaining things. Took his time and was pleasant. I'm enjoying my new hearing aids!!!
