The representative knew what was wrong and fixed the problem right away! He was awesome and he recommended a maintenance program that we think will work for us!!

I am extremely deaf, and have had hearing aids for many years. Recently I tested a new pair to see if it might help. Dana Fagerlie was extremely patient and helpful as we attempted to find settings that would help. At the end of the day, the new set didn’t make enough difference to cause me to purchase. I simply have too much damage. Because of Dana’s professionalism and expertise, i am confident no stone was left unturned. He knows his trade very well!
