11/20/25 -Great service. This was one of my 4-month updates. Erik finally has a receptionist! Very nice. Erik answered my two or three questions, cleaned up my instruments and talked about the holidays. Set me up for a return visit in March. Update 6/2/26: Not happy that I got a letter a couple of months back saying this office would be closing and the next closest Beltone office would be in Plymouth. With construction coming up on the Sagamore Bridge, that will be a challenge. I may have to make a change the next time I upd... read more
I’ve been using my hearing aids since 2015 and I have had great service from Beltone. I’m very disappointed that the So. Dennis office is closing. Its proximity to my home was a big reason that I went to Beltone for my hearing aids. Now I have to drive an hour to Plymouth. Mr. Oliver was a terrific clinician and took care of any issues that I had with the aids.
Personally I felt not very helpful by Eric!! Seem like he didn't want to deal with me anymore, so refered me to Plymouth office way out of my way from cape cod !! I was told office was closing by end of month. Eric says. So why couldn't Eric help me get a new hearing aid vat that office in Dennis Massachusetts? It would not have taken a month to buy a new fitted hearing aid!!! I felt like he Personally didn't want to deal with my situation!! I felt unwanted by that office!!
