The time from initial inquiry to Hearing Testing/Evaluation was less than 2 days. Very professional and thorough examination conducted by Daniel Tanner who explained the results and potential options very well. Excited to use the loaner hearing aids and looking forward to receiving my pair. Very satisfied!

I have found staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always available for questions and appointments. I like the scheduled meetings to go over questions and concerns. This is my first experience with hearing aids and I am pleased with the products.

Very knowledgeable. Good product. I have been a customer for many years. My only complaint is it is very hard to get a morning appointment, especially since the lady that was here has been promoted and the new technician has taken over. I paid a lot of money for these hearing aids and when I have a problem it seems they are only available late in the afternoon. I have no issues with the quality of the product or the professionalism but it would be nice if there was more morning availability.

Just purchased a new set of Beltone hearing aids. Been with them for over 20 year love their lifetime clranings and adjustments, all free of charge. The people I worked with were very kind, competent, and gave me a new hearing test with a nice smile. They seemed very concerned about my hearing capability. I look forward to my next appt.
