Rene and Lisa are top notch. Rene is very thorough. He will explain then ask if you have any questions. Time is not a factor. There is no rushing you out. I did purchase a pair of hearing aids. I'm excited about being able to hear high frequency level sounds much better. Thank you Rene and Lisa.
