Last week Renee called me to move my appointment up to 9 am as she had a very busy morning. As I am with appointments , I arrived at 8:50, knowing that they wouldn’t open until 9. At 9:10 I phoned the office and the secretary tracked down Renee. She said she was 1 minute out! She arrived at 9:20. I walked in at 9:20, the same time her 9:30 appointment came in. I hope this doesn’t happen again.
Was very pleased with the service.
