I needed hearing aids and chose Beltone in Allendale. They also have an office in Hackensack. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable and has years of experience. We all know hearing aids are expensive, however he is not pushy and works with your budget. I also appreciate how patient he was with me as I was having difficulty adjusting to the devices. His wife Joan is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them. The care and service are wonderful.
I received a postcard from Beltone for a free check of my hearing aid, free hearing exam and $10.00 gas card. I made the appointment and was asked what type of insurance I had. When I said Medicaid I was told by Joann i would not get a new hearing aid but would get my hearing aid checked, hearing exam and gas card. When I met with Bob he looked at my hearing aid for 3 seconds with a flashlight and no other tests, no hearing exam or gas card. This is clearly some type of sales scam .
