Joann and Bob were excellent! They helped me fix the problem i was having with my hearing aids in a snap!
Very great experience and they were able to help me with what I needed to be done with my hearing aids
Happy with the service, she tried to solve my problems, I would definitely recommend her for hearing problems, to my friends and family.
Joanne seems to be very determined to help resolve the problems I am experiencing with the hearing aids. She has sent them back to the factory to be checked out and repaired or replaced. Greatly appreciate her efforts.
