We began receiving quotes for our move in November, with the actual move taking place in January. Because of the long planning window, we did change our minds on a few items, which understandably required updates to the estimate. However, the charges later presented exceeded what had previously been communicated and reflected services that were already itemized in earlier estimates, with their costs clearly shown.
