They used to be the very good. In the past 2 years I have experienced a big downturn in response time(if I got a response at all), customer service, and actually doing the job I hired them for. I have since moved to another accountant as of the first of this year but still receive negligence penalties, late fees, interest charges from the IRS from when they did my small business accounting to this day. I first reached out to Kelli, the owner, on August 22nd. I have been waiting as she keeps saying she has other things going on, such as projects, and traveling. I reached out several times and get no time scheduled after already submitting my documents per her request. Apparently she is too busy to accept new clients.
I am so happy with the work Kelly and her team have done. They’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty and met all my needs. They were so thorough and professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Kelli and staff were extremely professional. They have a vast and impressive knowledge of everything relating to business and tax. Everything completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.
