Hello I am satisfied with my tax return. I find it difficult to reach some one by telephone. I had a phone appointment and received an email that the person could not talk to me on that day. I never received a return call notice email. I like to talk to a person rather that receiving email. It was a trying experience. I did not like the fee for paper co[y of my return. There should be a tax preparer in Texas.
It is always a pleasure to work with Belt Accounting, especially Abbey. All of this electronic stuff was a little freightening but we made it through tax preparation 2025! Thank you for all your courtesies and professionalism.
My experience was fast and easy. I had no problems communicating with staff.
