I had previously worked with Belt for years on my personal tax preparation and it was fine enough. Following an error in my taxes last year I was met with unprofessionalism and an inability to accept any responsibility for the error that was made on their end. Incredibly disappointing and I would certainly warn anyone who is considering utilizing their services to know that there is a likelihood of negligence and poor communication to follow.

They used to be the very good. In the past 2 years I have experienced a big downturn in response time(if I got a response at all), customer service, and actually doing the job I hired them for. I have since moved to another accountant as of the first of this year but still receive negligence penalties, late fees, interest charges from the IRS from when they did my small business accounting to this day. I first reached out to Kelli, the owner, on August 22nd. I have been waiting as she keeps saying she has other things going on, such as projects, and traveling. I reached out several times and get no time scheduled after already submitting my documents per her request. Apparently she is too busy to accept new clients.
